For nearly 30 years, Tom Croft has developed, constructed, and sold numerous single-family and multi-family projects throughout South Carolina. In 1999, he formed The Croft Company, Inc. to develop unique residential projects in the Greenville-Spartanburg market. Some of the firm's projects are highlighted below.
